28 The Nephilim (1/2)

Gabriel continues to search for Alastor.

He goes up to a higher building to have a clear view of their town.

Upon looking through the surroundings, he saw a girl who was about to jump from the roof the building that is a little bit far from his location.

”Nooo don't do that!!!!” Gabriel shouted.

But the girl cannot hear him so he quickly jumps thru another building and hoping to catch up with the girl before she jumps on that roof.

Before he even gets close to the girl, she already jumps off the building.

Gabriel panics and tried to think of other way on how to save the girl.

He decided to changed his approach and go to the ground where the building is located.

He will try to catch the girl and focus his energy within the area so that there will be no casualties even other people come out.

After reaching the ground of the building, Gabriel starts focusing his energy and look above but he was shocked by what he saw.

The girl that he was trying to rescue was flying above the building.

She has a beautiful white wing and he can hear the laughter coming from that girl who is having fun flying above the building.

”An angel? Is she fallen angel just like us? no this can't be true. if she is also a fallen, then her wings should not be intact with her.” Gabriel is confused and asking a lot of question with himself about the mystery of the girl that he saw.

Gabriel moves above to get thru the top of the building and check mysterious girl.

Once he gets up the building, the girl felt the energy and got scared.

She landed on the roof and covered herself with her wings.

”Who are you!” the girl asked.

”Don't be afraid. I'm only here to ask some question.” Gabriel is slowly walking and telling the girl to calm down.

But the girl was so afraid and she's not removing her wings to cover her and slowly moving away.

”I'm sorry I know that you were having fun flying and I didn't mean to scare you. But can you explain to me why you have those wings?” Gabriel asked.

The girl runs to the nearest exit of the roof.

Gabriel didn't follow her since it is not a good idea and he thinks that he really should not scare that girl by just showing up all of a sudden while she was having fun.

”Angela!”

”Angela!”

Someone was calling and came out near the exit where the girl is going.

”Angela! You're here. Thank god. I'm so worried about you! You should not be going alone and why are you covering your self with your wings?”

A priest suddenly came and it seems that he knows the mysterious girl.

Gabriel: ”Angela. . . . . so her name was Angela.”

Priest: ”An angel!”

The priest recognized the presence of Gabriel when he saw him.

Gabriel: ”Huh? How did you know that I'm an angel?”
